Grant and policy pages should link to official sources such as SEAI, CRU, ESB Networks, electricity suppliers or manufacturer documentation where relevant. Dates are shown on key guide pages because grants, export tariffs and supplier offers can change.

Commercial separation

SolarGuide may earn revenue from installer claims, memberships, sponsored placements, advertising or lead introductions. Commercial placement should not be presented as an independent quality guarantee. Homeowners should still carry out their own checks before signing any contract.

Directory listings

Installer listings may use public business information, installer submissions and manual corrections. A listing does not mean SolarGuide has inspected that company's work. SEAI registration, insurance, references, warranties and written scope should be checked directly before work starts.

Corrections

If a guide is out of date, a listing is wrong or a business wants to claim or suppress a profile, use the correction route. SolarGuide should prefer clear correction over stale directory data.
